Your Diaphragm and what the Didgeridoo can do for you!
We laugh and breathe using our diaphgram.
Laughter is medicine
We laugh and breathe using our diaphgram
Feelings don’t come from nowhere. The mind connects its interpretations in an attempt to make sense of feelings. The mind cannot comprehend emotional complexities, only observe.
Flowing with and allowing emotion to surface thats below thought. Staying in the bodily sensation. Laughter moves the diaphragm, we are reversing the script. We move the diaphragm to feel and generate life inside.
Getting to know our true selves by understanding the nature of interpretation via and through our senses rather than our mind’s interpretations.
I am not my thoughts, they are my minds actions. We experience the present moment through our bodies, through our breath, through sensory vibration.
Suckling back to source. A feeling. Literally touching heart.
Allowing our Inner Child to breathe, to feel again. Nature is Rhythm.
