Cervical nerves C6, C7, C8

Gripping our hands together reflects dermatomes linked to each finger and corresponding cervical nerves.
— Separation is the greatest illusion

Keeping the belly pulled in moves the breath into the ribcage while the finger gripping allows for the alignment and conditioning of the muscles and nerves in the cervical spine in particular.  When you are thinking gripping hands you are understanding the dermatomes being wired to each finger and to each nerve in the neck.

We are using our relaxed effort to condition our nerves; evolving in awareness between our mind and body connection; restoring mirror image symmetry / youthful vigor to our bodies, hearts and minds.
